The Housing Authority of the County of Luzerne will be undertaking a major rehabilitation of our Exeter Gardens Family Apartments in the very near future. The rehabilitation will take approximately two to three years to complete. The Authority will not be accepting any applications for either of these two locations until the rehabilitation is nearing completion. Updates will be posted accordingly. We strongly encourage applicants to apply at one of other family locations only if they are interested.
